iPhone 4S get!

Since the iPhone 4 debuted in June of 2010, I've wanted one. It was a completely new iPhone, not only with the different design of the body and crazy-nice new "retina display," but with iOS 4 that came out with it. I pretty quickly updated my iPod Touch to iOS 4, but I felt that I wasn't really enjoying it to the fullest. A year past, and no iPhone for me. Then the rumors came for a "new" iPhone "5," and I thought to myself that another redesign would be as cool as the iPhone 4's. Well, September rolled around and no "new" iPhone "5," just an iPhone 4"S." Same body as the iPhone 4, but the interior got an overhaul: epic graphics chip, amazing 8MP camera, and the A5 dual-core processor. So, it was iPhone 4 design + much better specs + another new iOS version = I want. And this time (about 3 weeks ago), I got. I only was able to buy the 16GB model, but it'll do nicely for now. The 4S is incredible, and I'll tell you why.
Design

Same iPhone 4-style body: a battery and circuits sandwiched in between 2 panels of special Apple glass bordered by the stainless steel antennas and some buttons and a switch. Plus, the 326 pixels-per-inch retina screen is as gorgeous as ever.

Interior Improvements
So much to talk about... Let's begin with the A5 processor. With 2 cores clocking at about 1GHz, it's faster than any other Apple processor and device. With it, graphics are a breeze. Apple claims its "seven times faster," but that may be exaggerating a bit. It's also supposed to be battery-efficient, and it's been rumored that Apple has dynamically clocked it to run much lower when not in use to be easier on the battery. Big games like Infinity Blade and Real Racing perform a ton better on my iPhone compared to on my iPod.

Next would be the camera. The iPhone 4's back-facing camera was 2MP: not too shabby for a point-and-shoot on a phone, but some other smartphones were doing better. So, Apple decided to throw a camera 4 times better in the 4S. At 8MP, the iPhone 4S's camera can go lens-to-lens with some nice Canon DSLRs and put up a good fight. And with it, you can shoot HD 1080p videos that look awesome on not only the iPhone but any computer (that has QuickTime or iTunes, of course). I'll be making something to share the photos I take on my iPhone.

Upgraded device
For the past 3 years my phone has been the LG Shine. It was a basic cell phone, and I was beginning to need more than simple. I've also had my iPod Touch for about 2 years, and in the world of Apple tech, 2 years is 2 generations, meaning that it was getting a bit outdated. The iPhone is not only a shiny new Apple device that'll get updates for a few more years, it's a much needed improved phone.

One more thing...
There always is. And that's Siri.
Siri used to be a company that had a "virtual assistant" app for the iPhone. Its artifical intelligence was better than anything else out there. Apple ended up buying the company and turning Siri into a completely iOS-integrated assistant and diction typing input. There's tons of videos on YouTube of it, and it's pretty amazing. I've had entire texting conversations without typing a single word. It finishes off the iPhone 4S very nicely.

I love the iPhone 4S, plain and simple.
