Since the iPhone 4 debuted in June of 2010, I've wanted one. It was a completely new iPhone, not only with the different design of the body and crazy-nice new "retina display," but with iOS 4 that came out with it. I pretty quickly updated my iPod Touch to iOS 4, but I felt that I wasn't really enjoying it to the fullest. A year past, and no iPhone for me. Then the rumors came for a "new" iPhone "5," and I thought to myself that another redesign would be as cool as the iPhone 4's. Well, September rolled around and no "new" iPhone "5," just an iPhone 4"S." Same body as the iPhone 4, but the interior got an overhaul: epic graphics chip, amazing 8MP camera, and the A5 dual-core processor. So, it was iPhone 4 design + much better specs +
another new iOS version = I want. And this time (about 3 weeks ago), I got. I only was able to buy the 16GB model, but it'll do nicely for now. The 4S is incredible, and I'll tell you why.
Design
Same iPhone 4-style body: a battery and circuits sandwiched in between 2 panels of special Apple glass bordered by the stainless steel antennas and some buttons and a switch. Plus, the 326 pixels-per-inch retina screen is as gorgeous as ever.
